By booking with MAISON ARCHIVE, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
BOOKING & PAYMENT
A signed service agreement and booking fee are required to secure your wedding date. Dates are not considered confirmed until both have been received. The remaining balance is payable in accordance with the invoice and service agreement provided at the time of booking.
TRAVEL
Travel within 100 kilometres of Swan Hill, Victoria is included. Additional travel, accommodation, or associated expenses may incur additional fees and will be discussed prior to booking confirmation.
DELIVERABLES
Raw iPhone footage is typically delivered within 24 hours of the wedding day unless otherwise communicated. Delivery timeframes for edited content, 35mm film photography, and Super 8 film are dependent on editing, processing, and laboratory turnaround times.
FILM & SUPER 8
35mm film and Super 8 are analogue mediums and are subject to inherent risks, including equipment malfunction, film stock defects, laboratory processing errors, scanning issues, and other circumstances outside the control of MAISON ARCHIVE. Every reasonable effort will be made to safely capture, process, and deliver all film content.
PHOTOGRAPHY REQUIREMENT
MAISON ARCHIVE provides wedding content creation services and requires a professional photographer to be booked for all wedding coverage.
COPYRIGHT
All content created by MAISON ARCHIVE remains the intellectual property of MAISON ARCHIVE. Clients are granted a personal-use licence to view, download, share, and enjoy their delivered content. Content may not be sold, licensed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
